Project Background: The Cambodia Nutrition Project (CNP), under the stewardship of the National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development (NCDDS), has been allocated a total funding of approximately $53 million. The project aims to enhance maternal and child health and nutrition services in Cambodia. It includes various components, such as improving teaching capacities, promoting research in STEM and agriculture, and strengthening governance in the higher education sector through quality assurance mechanisms and information system expansions
Web-Based Application for C/S SDG Assessment The Digital Government SDG Assessment Platform: Commune/Sangkat ICT Tracking System with Mobile and Web App Integration for the Cambodia Nutrition Project, funded by the World Bank, is a web-based application designed to enhance the C/S SDG assessment processes as approved by NCDDS management. By transitioning from paper-based to IT-based systems, the platform digitizes essential forms such as routine assessments, scorecards, verification tools, and various reporting forms utilized by DMA and PA. Specific documents like the Commune/Sangkat Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) routine assessment form, knowledge testing tools, and community client interview forms are among those converted, improving the efficiency and accuracy of data handling and reporting. This shift not only facilitates quicker processing but also supports dynamic form updates and modifications according to the evolving standards and needs of the NCDDS.
Tablet and Mobile-Based Data Collection Application with KoboToolbox Integration: This web-based platform, a robust application is developed additional native app for tablets, iOS App Store, and Android devices, Play Store ensuring seamless offline data collection and online data synchronization using open-source technologies. Integrated with KoboToolbox, this application significantly enhances field data collection capabilities, even in environments without constant internet access. The native app development optimizes performance and user experience across all mobile platforms. The user interface is designed for ease of use, providing system administrators with intuitive management tools and customizable form options. A comprehensive dashboard facilitates effective data visualization and reporting adjustments to meet the diverse assessment requirements. This integration of mobile and web applications ensures systematic data capture, analysis, and reporting, bolstering decision-making processes across various administrative levels within the NCDDS.
Data Analysis and Report System with Advanced Visualization and Integration Features: The Digital Government SDG Assessment Platform includes a comprehensive Data Analysis and Report System, equipped with a sophisticated dashboard for enhanced data visualization and dynamic exporting capabilities. The system utilizes Metabase and Power BI for creating interactive visualizations, allowing users to grasp complex data insights quickly and effectively. With features designed to support developing workplans and schedules, the platform also caters to robust project management needs, ensuring that all project phases are meticulously planned and tracked. An integrated API facilitates seamless data exchange and interoperability with other systems, enhancing the platform's adaptability and efficiency.
